Will The Queen of England's Diamond Jubilee be as big as the last one?

The Diamond Jubilee, (or was that the last on? You know the bloody one where she celebrates the 70th anniversary you wan ker). Yeah the 60th Anniversary one was pretty big. I wonder if she will make the 70th one as big? Will she? Maybe she will? especially since this will be her last one of these things. The next one, I believe, is a centenary, Which marks 100 years on the throne. And you can bet your bum that that she will not make it to that one.

It might be. It might not be. Maybe The British Queen won't live long enough to see it. Maybe she will. Only time will tell. But the only thing that you can know for sure, Is that you can't know anything for sure.

Elizabeth is Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain; the last Queen of England was Anne Stuart and she did not reign for even twenty years so there was no Diamond Jubilee for her.

Elizabeth II celebrated her Diamond Jubilee inn 2012. Her Platinum Jubilee year will be in 2022---seventy years of reign. Due to her advanced age, a smaller-scale celebration is more likely to take place... perhaps a Thanksgiving Service at church, a parade, fly-overs by air force, gun salutes, but not on as large a scale as the Diamond Jubilee.

You can bet there will be extravagant plans for the Platinum Jubilee - but you can also bet that they will be plans that can easily be cancelled. The Queen is 93 and the Jubilee is nearly three years away. At that age, things can go downhill very fast.

70th is Platinum and the celebrations will probably be just as big as the ones for her Diamond jubilee since she will be the first monarch of any country (current or former independent monarchies) from the British Isles to have reached that milestone. Given her age she may choose not to appear at too many public events during that year

I hope not as enough public money has been spent on her and her scrounger family.

Her Majesty the Queen’s Platinum Jubilation will be a time for all her Subjects to provide proper adulation and renew the vows of obedience to Her.

She has had her Diamond Jubilee, assuming you mean the Queen of the UK. It was paid for by corporate sponsorship and donations and produced a surplus for the benefit of the Queen's charities. Not all jubilees are celebrated, her Ruby and Sapphire ones for example went largely unmarked. No announcement has been made in respect of events in 2022 for the Platinum Jubilee and much will depend on the health of the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh at the time, assuming they are still around.

Who cares, maybe the cost of that jubilee should be spent on the poor and homeless instead.
