If not, has he been celibate since his divorce decree was made final or does he enjoy the company of various women? If he enjoys the company of various women, why does the press not report on these women?

A very interesting question, dear Sunny. You know, one has recently been hearing about a certain 21st century phenomenon known as "friends with benefits". Now, one is not suggesting for a moment that young Andrew and the Ferguson woman are part of that coterie, but it may explain a lot.

In 2003, the Daily Mail, reported that the Duke was about to marry the businesswoman Amanda Staveley. She was, however, subsequently quoted in the Sunday Telegraph saying "I will not be marrying Andrew now or in the future !
Like the other answerers i suspect that poor Andrew doesn`t stand a chance ,and that Fergie sees off any prospective girlfriends quick time !

Of course he does! The only reason Andrew seperated from, and ultimately divorced Sarah was because the Queen told him to. Sarah was causing too much embarrassment to the royal family.
Andrew will never remarry (he's not interested in anyone else). Sarah will never remarry (no-one would have her). And so they (A&S) continue their (supposedly) secret affair. (But everybody knows! - EVERYBODY knows whats going on!)

This is a rather indelicate question coming from you, Sunny!
I do believe that Ferguson woman does creep into her ex-husband's bedroom under false pretenses, having imbibed him into a drunken stupor before hand, and imagines she is still married to him as she clings to his warm, manly body all through the night. I also believe the reason he is not seen with other women is because she stalks his every move and any female who comes within a three mile radius of him is promptly dispatched by her minions. Therefore, poor Andrew is left with no other woman to satisfy his carnal lusts but the ginger haired temptress who refuses to let the past die.

I don't know but, if he does, he is a glutton for punishment. By allowing that scheming, conniving trouble magnet, to stay at his home, while in the U.K, he is making a rod for his own back. He is courting ever more trouble.
