There are a few others and probably some that I can't think of but add to your list the following.

Herzog (German Duke)

Infante

Elector

Freiherr

Edler

Baronet

Landgrave

Vidame

Fidalgo

seigneur

Jonkheer

Esquire

Sultan

Emir

Tsar

Caliph

Shah

Khan

Maharajah

Grand Prince

There are also several variations of Count or Graf

Wild Graf

Rhein Graf

Reichs Graf

Landgrave

Some of the titles listed are not neccesarily royal titles but are inherited titles of nobility.

A lot of that depends on how many languagues you want to use. I'll try to do them in order

Emperor is also Kaiser (German), Czar (Russian), Imporator (Latin), Caeser (Latin), Kaesar (Hebrew)

King is also Konig (German), Roi (French), Melech (Hebrew), Sultan (Turkish),

Grand-duke is also Gross-Prinz (German, or is it Gross-Fuerst)

Prince is also Prinz and Fuerst (German), Infante (Spanish)

Duke is also Duc (French), Herzog (German)

Marquess is also Marquis (French), Margraf (German)

Earl is also Compte (Fr) and Herzog (German) although German has a Landgraf who is the soverign of his own territory

Viscount is also Viscompte

Baron can be a Baron or Freiherr in German

This ends the real nobility

Then you have Baronets and Seigniers in England, Chevalier and Sieur in French, and Lairds in Scottland who are of the petty nobility or just landed gentry.

Baron is also
