Actually, there are two:
Juan Carlos, King of Spain and...
Henri, Grand Duke of Luxembourg. The Grand Duke Henri is a male-line descendant of Louis XIV through the Spanish Bourbons and then the Bourbons of Parma (and briefly of Etruria). His paternal grandfather was Prince Felix of Parma, a Bourbon, who married his grandmother the Grand Duchess Charlotte.
Although Henri is head of the Luxembourgish House of Nassau via the Nassau Family Pact it is a genealogical fact that he is also a junior member of the House of Bourbon.
It is through this descent that current Princes and Princesses of Luxembourg have the style of "Royal Highness". Usually they would have the style of "Grand Ducal Highness", which is the normal style of Luxembourgish princes, but Felix's "Royal Highness" is higher. It is unusual though, because Felix is from a ducal family (usually entitled to "Highness" only"). However, the Bourbons of Parma were once kings of Etruria and have male-line descent from Spanish and French kings which may explain it.

The House of Bourbon is an important European royal house, a branch of the Capetian dynasty. Spain and Luxembourg currently have Bourbon monarchs. Though it is not as powerful as it once was under Louis XIV and it does not reign in its native country of France, it is by no means extinct, and the house of Bourbon has survived to the present day world of republics. It seems likely that it will continue as well under Juan Carlos' son, Felipe, who officially became heir apparent when he turned eighteen years old in 1986.
Henri, Grand Duke of Luxembourg is the head of state of Luxembourg. He is the eldest son of Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg and the late Grand Duchess Joséphine-Charlotte from House of Bourbon-Parma. Grand Duchess Charlotte of Luxembourg married a cadet of the Bourbon-Parma line, and thus her successors, who have ruled Luxembourg since her abdication in 1964, have also technically been members of the House of Bourbon.
