There aren't that many royals left in Europe altogether. Do you perhaps mean European men of royal lineage; that is, from a family that had royalty in it in the past, but not necessarily called a prince or a king today? There are probably a great many of those, depending on how far back in his family tree will satisfy this quiant urge.
