Subsequent Roman Emperors were accorded the title of Pharaoh, although exclusively while in Egypt. One Egyptian king-list lists the Roman Emperors as Pharaohs up to and including Decius)

I'm sure that you would get many more replies from people in the Muslim part of the world ( I was trying to be less offensive than to say Arab part of the world. I know that not all from that part of the world are Arab, but most are Muslim) I have no knowledge of most of that world. The only one from that part of the world would be Queen Noor
Also there are probably famous Emperors of China and Japan, again I have not much knowledge of that part of the world. I know ignorance is no excuse but I also do not wish to offend anyone in those parts of the world.

Ptolemy XII father of Cleopatra
And while not kings and Queens, who can forget Princess Grace and Prince Ranier? It was romantic the way he swept her off her feet, turning her from a humble actress into every young girls dream of a fairy tales princess.
Or for that matter, Diana Princess of Wales and as many people like to say "The Queen of Hearts"
It all just depends on the nationality of the person that you ask. Personally since I am a citizen of the United States, I have no king or queen, I just hear about them in other countries. I cannot tell you if they are good or bad, having never lived under their rule. I think the closest we came to "Royalty" were Elvis "King of Rock n Roll" and Michael Jackson "King of Pop"
I could list more because your question was so vague, but I'm stopping here because I am tired. I deliberatly left out the majority if the Kings of France, because it would have made the list even longer ;)
