The SG 117a stamp was issued in 1928 not 1924 and in sheets of 120 stamps in 2 panes of 60. I doubt very much if you will find a full sheet of them.

They were Revenue stamps so were rarely used for postage (mostly they were used for property or business transactions).

The sheets of 24 stamps you refer to were printed in Italy in the year 2000 and are fakes or forgeries as indicated on our website.

Collectors generally buy the 2000 print individually to fill gaps in their collection until they have the funds available to buy the genuine stamp, should it come along.

No idea.

This is royalty, not Philately.

Maybe if you took it to a stamp store, (collector - oriented) you might find an answer.

My guess, though, from years of collecting, myself, is that any sheet that old is probably worth a bit.

It is not worth anything to us here in the Royalty forum. You should try asking in the Collectibles forum. Stamps are not royalty, even if they have royalty on them. Since we don't come here to answer questions about collectibles, it would make more sense for you to post this question elsewhere.
