HRM is never used, it's HM (His/Her Majesty). HRH stand for His/Her Royal Highness, used for any child of the Monarch and any descendatns through the male line. Common to use TRH (Their Royal Highnesses) for Couple e.g. TRH Prince and Princess Michael of Kent

HRM = Her Royal Majesty. HRH = His/Her Royal Highness
The titles are not interchangeable. Only the former (in the case of the Queen Mother) or the current monarch can use the first title.
The second title is granted (usually) to the children/grandchildren of the monarch in the male line. The use of HRH is often used with Prince/Princesses.
In addition there are other titles (HSH = His/Her Serene Highness; HIH = His/Her Imperial Highness; HH = His/Her Highness) that you might see.

I don't know where you heard of HRM but in the UK it is not used. The sovereign is simply HM. 'Royal' is used with highness as there used to be a distinction between 'His/Her Highness' (the great-grandchild of a sovereign) and 'His Royal Highness' the child or grandchild of a king. The style 'HH' is not used anymore but HRH remains. However there is no need to specify 'royal' majesty for the king or queen.
.. .this can't be good

HRM is Her/His Royal Majesty and applies ONLY to the reigning monarch. When the Queen Mother was alive, she was also styled as Her Majesty, giving the secretary who took the phone call the privilege of saying, "Your Majesty, it's Her Majesty".
HRH is Her/His Royal Highness and applies to royals in direct line of succession to throne. When Diana divorced, they took the title HRH from her, and that was big deal - it took her royal status. Technically, she would have been required to curtesy to her nieces, Andrews daughters. Not likely, since as mother to the future King, she would have been given another title eventually.

a million. The Queen might desire to offer Zara or Peter titles via issuing a letters patent. although, Peter Phillips is comprehend to worth his inner maximum existence and did not even tell his spouse that he grew to become into the grandson of the Queen for some weeks. Zara might in all probability not ask for a call the two. 2. If Princesses Beatrice or Eugenie marry a guy with out call then their infants heavily isn't titled. while the Princesses will shop their royal titles upon marriage, they gained't be waiting to bypass on titles to their infants as titles can basically bypass interior the direction of the male line.

HRM is Her (His) Royal Majesty, and is only used by the King or Queen.
HRH is Her (His) Royal Highness and is used by the children of the King or Queen, and a few others of the Royal Family.
No, they are not interchangeable.

Everyone, please just understand that there is NO prefix of "His/Her Royal Majesty" in the UK so there is NO HRM The Queen. Good. Now we can all be friends. Nor, as I pointed out on another thread, did Queen Victoria become "Her Imperial Majesty" on becoming Empress of India. Our monarchs are always and only HM! And I am a believer in replacing monarch with a republic, but whilst we have the former system I do like to hear it referred to with accuracy.

HRM-his/her royal majesty; HRH--his/her royal highness. I don't no the difference, though. I would think they would be interchangable.

To the left of your keyboard there is a key which has "Caps Lock" on it, if you press that key you will go back to small letters.

HER ROYAL MAJESTY - THE QUEEN OF ENGLAND. HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS, PRINCE WILLIAM. WHEN HE'S KING, HE'S MAJESTY. THE QUEEN DID NOT ELEVATE HER HUSBAND PRINCE PHILLIP TO CONSORT. HE IS AN HONEST TO GOODNESS GREEK PRINCE. DAUGHTER ANN GOT A DIVORCE, SHE SIGNED AWAY HER RIGHT TO THE THRONE, BUT IS STILL HER ROYAL HIGHNESS, AND BECAUSE SHE HAS BEEN SUCH A HELP TO HER MUM, SHE WAS GIVEN THE SPECIAL HONOR OF "THE PRINCESS ROYAL" . SO IT'S HRH, PRINCESS ANN, THE PRINCESS ROYAL. BUT SHE NAMED HER DAUGHTER ZARA AND SON-SOMETHING , NOT A ROYAL CHARLES, HENRY, JOHN ETC. FERGIE WAS NOT BORN A ROYAL OR A PRINCESS, NOT EVEN A "LADY"LIKE DI, SO WAS GIVEN A TITLE THAT THE QUEEN MOTHER HAD EXTRA, THE DUCHESS OF YORK. SO ANDREW, PRINCE AND HRH IS ALSO THE DUKE OF YORK. CHARLES IS ALSO PRINCE OF WALES, SO THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO MANUFACTURE A TITLE FOR THE 2ND WIFE "HER" i APOLOGIZE FOR THIS HUGE PRINT. ANYONE KNOW WHAT I PUSHED TO GET IT? iN MONACO PRINCE ALBERT WILL NEVER BE A "KING". THEY WERE GIVEN THE PRINCIPALITY (FRENCH) HE CAN EVEN DESIGN HIS OWN UNIFORMS.
